This vintage elegant Patek Philippe for ladies is made in 18K solid yellow gold. Original case has sober elongated lugs, and is fully SIGNED, NUMBERED & HALLMARKED by PATEK PHILIPPE & CO at back cover and is also hallmarked on lug (see pics, please).

Neat dial is signed PATEK PHILIPPE GENEVE at twelve, SWISS under six roman number in relief. Original gold hands.
Original mechanical with manual winding movement is fully signed & numbered by PATEK, PHILIPPE & CO. It is good in running order, recently revised by our profesional master watchmaker.

MEASURES: 20mm diameter without crown, 22mm wide including crow, 28mm lug to lug.
