DIAL: Original white color enamel (porcelain) dial with black color roman numbers. Dial is decorated with a multicolored enamel country scene containing a town with a hatted farmer/peasant guiding a two-horse cart which is carrying two bales of straw.
CASE: Sterling silver case has been profesionally acid-tested AND is also HALLMARKED -England- inside.
MOVEMENT: Original mechanical with KEY winding movement, beautiful VERGE FUSEE escapement. Movement is signed J. WILDERS, LONDON 21350 (see pictures, please). SETTING time is done by the hands AXIS USING THE ATTACHED KEY.
WORKING: yes, it is in runnning order. Movement needs to be winded gently and carefully using the attached key, one direction ONLY, to the LEFT.
MEASURES: 43mm diameter (small/midsized), not including hanging ring, 67mm high (including hanging ring).
ESTIMATED AGE: circa 1780
