ORIGINAL VINTAGE 18K ROSE GOLD CHRONOGRAPH CHRONO 
LANDERON 48, CIRCA 1940-1950.
 
DIAL:   original gorgeous black color dial with gold tone arabig numbers. Dial is signed SHELL CHRONOGRAPHE SUISSE at twelve o'clock, FAB SUISSE at six (bottom). TELEMETRE and TACHYMETRE scales. 
 As seen at the pictures, dial is in excellent condition.

CASE:   Original 18K rose gold case with snap back cover, which is numbered (104) and fully hallmarked (18K 0.750) inside (see pics, please). This chronograph has never had a metal dust cover, its solid gold back cover is more robust than the ones from the chronographs that needed the cuivre metal dust cover, (its weight alone is almost 3 grams).

MOVEMENT:   Original mechanical with manual winding movement, reknowed caliber Landeron 48.

WORKING ORDER:   Yes,  it is in good running condition, chrono feature is working properly.  
 
BRACELET / STRAP :  original vintage black color 18mm leather strap with gold tone buckle (see pics, please)
 
MEASURES: 37mm wide including its winding, 35mm diameter without its winding crown or pushers, 41mm lug to lug.  

ESTIMATED AGE:  late 1940'ies- early 1950'ies
