ORIGINAL ANTIQUE VICTORIAN CHANDELIER DANGLING EARRINGS IN18K ROSE GOLD, DETACHABLE, JET & NATURAL DIAMONDS, C.1860
 
Superb Victorian detachable earrings, Chandelier Mourning style, crafted in 18K rose gold and decorated with natural diamonds and jet gemstone. The earrings have a graceful dangling movement on the earlobe.
Each earring is decorated with seventeen (17) natural diamonds: the main one is Old European cut and measures 3.50mm diameter approx. It is decorating de top part of the earring, it is set with a robust gold mounting with eight (8) claws, in the center of the 12.50mm diameter JET gemstone. The back side of the top part of each earring has a tiny gold hook which allows to take the chandelier in and out, just as desired.
The middle part of the earring depicting a delicate curled and arrow-shaped motif is decorated with the other sixteen (16) natural diamonds measuring between 1.50 - 2.50mm. They are rose and double-rose cut, set in pave style with "hidden" tiny claws. Hanging from the diamond decorated part of the earring, there are three (3) natural Jet stylized Drops, see pictures please.

These are an elegant & wearable  earrings, they feel comfortable  to the earlobe. These earrings would make a great addition to any antique, Victorian or/and  mourning  jewelry collection and they would also be the perfect companion in a special occasion
