Presented here, an antique 18K GOLD PLATED OR FILLED STERLING SILVER ring, early VICTORIAN period, ROSETTA style, decorated with a total of twenty-six (26) natural diamonds depicting an elegant grey color. The ring has been profesionally acid-tested as no hallmarks have been found on the ring.
The diamonds are antique rose and double-rose cut (three and six facets respectively). The main central diamond measures 4 X 3mm and is set in pavé style with seven (7) silver grains. Surrounding the main diamond, there are other seven (7) natural diamonds measuring between 2.50 and 3.00mm diameter approx., each. There are other eighteen (18) natural diamonds, measuring about 2mm diameter each, which are set in pavé style at a lower level from the other eight diamonds (see pictures, please).
The estimated carat weight of all twenty-six (26) rose cut diamonds is 1.40ct approximately.
