Presented for your consideration, a beaautiful religious pendant, late Nouveau or Modernist style, made in 18K yellow gold (profesionally acid tested)  & Platinum. This pendant is decorated with a total of eleven (11) natural diamonds, rose and doubl-rose cut (old mine cut), seven (7) of which measure 2mm diameter approx and are pavé set at the bottom of the pendant (see pictures, please). Other three (3) diamonds are decorated-bezel-set and are placed at the top, front and back of Virgin Mary's head.
Finally, the last diamond is a tiny one, measuring just 1.50mm diameter approx. and is decorating the bail/hanging ring of the pendant. 
The Virgin Mary figure is made in delicately carved Mother-of-Pearl. Its back side shows two engraved initials "RM" (in red & black color) and a red color date 8-5-24 (it is May the 8th, 1924).
As shown at the pictures, the frontal part of the pendant, where the diamonds are set, has a platinum base (white color) over 18K solid gold. The back side of the medal is 18K solid gold. Please refer to the detailed pictures.
