DIAL: original silver color dial, signed OMEGA AUTOMATIC CHRONOMETER  at twelve o´clock, CONSTELLATION, SWISS MADE at six position, at the very bottom. DATE window placed at three. Original silver tone hands.
 
CASE: original stainless steel case with screw back cover, fully signed and numbered by OMEGA WATCH Co. As seen atb the pictures, it also shows the OBSERVATORY of the Constellation series, in relief.

MOVEMENT: original  mechanical with automatic winding movement, fully signed & numbered by OMEGA WATCH Co, caliber OMEGA 681, ADJUSTED TWO (2) POSITIONS, TWENTY FOUR (24) JEWELS
 
WORKING ORDER: Yes, it is in runnig conditions.
 
BRACELET/STRAP:  generic vintage black color leather strap with steel OMEGA buckle (see pics, please).
 
MEASURES: 26.50mm wide including original OMEGA crown, 24mm diameter without crown, 29mm lug to lug. 
 
AGE: circa 1968 (datation is based on serial number engraved on movement).
