Presented here, a beautiful sterling silver pocket watch with NIello/damascene decoration, showing an exotic scenario with palm trees and a tiger in rose gold over niello enamel (see pics, please). 
White color enamel (porcelain) dial with black color arabig numbers. Dial is in very good conditions, only showing a "hairline" at ten o'clock. Delicate bunch of grape and leaf in gold placed at twelve. Original rose gold tone hands, style Louis XVI. Subseconds dial at six.  As pictures show, back cover has some wear to the niello enamel, but it won't affect the main scene containing the Golden Tiger.
Original mechanical with manual winding movement, lever escapement with 15 rubies (jewels), as written on the dust cover.  The small pusher placed on case lateral near the winding crown allows setting time.
 
ESTIMATED AGE:  circa 1880
 
GENERAL CONDITIONS:  very good general conditions, excepting the niello enamel surrounding the main scene, which shows wear. Please, refer to the pictures.
 
 
Interesante reloj remontoir  en PLATA DE LEY que presenta en la parte trasera un motivo exótico de un tigre rodeado de palmeras. El tigre esta realizado en oro y el fondo en esmalte negro con detalles en plata pulida en un ejemplo del trabajo de esmalte denominado NIELLO O  TULA. 58mm altura sin incluir la anilla de suspensión.
